Gostei muito dos produtos disponíveis, foi através de uma breve pesquisa pelo google que encontrei o vosso site, muito fácil todo o processo de encomenda, tendo sido possível contar com o apoio telefónico também. A encomenda foi entregue no local e na altura do dia esperada, tendo sido uma oferta bastante apreciada, estando bastante agradecida por todo o serviço.

Had difficulty at first as was using Portuguese site. Did eventually find alternative English which would be highlighted with a flag or such. At time of survey, I have not received a delivery acknowledgment but I feel that that i won t be disappointed. Thank you for your delivery notification. Wonderful service and choice.

I sent flowers to my Mom for Mothers Day. I haven't seen her for over a year due to the pandemic and she has advanced dementia. The ordering was very straigh forward and easy. I was impressed with teh website and range of product. The only issue i have is with the delivery. As teh bouquet was a birthday surprise, it was slightly ruined because you called upfront to say you were delivering flowers and that you were late...Surprise puff gone.

Living abroad, I was determined to send flowers for Mother’s Day. I did my internet research for florists who deliver in the Loule region and up popped Ely Flowers. I emailed Ely and one other florist but Ely was superior in communication, accommodation, explanation, individuality and professionalism. The website was efficient and a Sunday delivery was no problem. My Mother was thrilled to bits with her flowers - EXACTLY the reaction I was hoping for. Thank you so much for your business. Easy website to follow although it was hard to select as there was such a large choice. Bouquet was for daughters birthday and she was delighted and showed me via Skype. It was well packaged and in good condition on receipt almost 24 hours after dispatch. The bouquet was very similar to the photograph I chise from the website.

Beautiful flowers and arrangements but delivery was late, which matter for a funeral. They did fortunately arrive just before the end of the service and were placed at the back of the chapel, but we had advised the timing when we placed the ordermore than two days earlier..
