How do I know my boquet is on its way?
You will receive an “Order Sent” email the moment we dispatch your Bouquet.

When does my bouquet arrive?
Delivery in 24 hours
If you place your order on a working day until 12:00, your bouquet will be delivered the next day, anywhere in mainland Portugal, between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm.
* There may be delays on the part of the carrier, especially on special dates, to which we are oblivious.

Deliveries in 48 hours or more
If you place your order after 12:00, your bouquet will arrive in 48 hours anywhere in mainland Portugal, between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm. Except on Sundays and Holidays that will be held on the next business day.

Weekend deliveries
Saturday morning
We also deliver on Saturday mornings in mainland Portugal. You can choose to receive your bouquet on Saturday mornings, between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm, with an extra cost of € 10.00

Sunday
We currently do not have a delivery service on Sundays and holidays. We are working to be able to offer it soon.

What happens if there is no one at the place of delivery?
Don't worry, our carrier always offers a second try for free delivery the next business day to the same address (or even the same day in some cases), without any added cost for you. But be warned, more than two delivery attempts may incur additional costs. We will do everything possible for your bouquet to be delivered: we maintain contact between the sender and the carrier, in order to guarantee a greater probability of success in the second delivery attempt.

In addition, if you have a problem with delivery, contact us via email at ely.store@elyflowers.com. We want as much as you do that the order is delivered and we will do everything in our power to collaborate.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?
