01: Where do you make deliveries?

Elyflowers, Weddings & Events, has a delivery service for the whole country.

For deliveries outside office hours, contact us via our email ely.store@elyflowers.com

The order will always be delivered to the recipient stipulated in the order data,
Any additional information (location, or an additional phone number) can be entered in the comments field, when filling out the order.

Please be advised that it is not possible for us to deliver to PO Boxes.

02: How is the delivery done?

All flower deliveries are made after contacting the recipient.

After contacting, all the data related to the address will be confirmed and an hour is scheduled for the delivery of the flowers.

03: Is there a minimum price for deliveries?

In the case of Elyflowers, Weddings & Events online and in physical stores, deliveries are free of charge for orders over €50.00.
If it is below this amount, you will pay an additional fee of € 9.50.

04: Can you confirm the delivery?

Yes,Elyflowers, Weddings & Events can confirm the delivery, you need only to ask it with your order.

05: My order did not arrive

If you do not receive your order please contact our shop.

When it is not possible to contact the recipient, we will contact you or send an email to the sender who placed the order (person responsible for the purchase), to give us more information.
We will always do everything possible for delivery to be made.
